Mr. Peter Allen spent his most recent twenty (20) full-time working years at the University of Technology, Jamaica where he served in the positions of Maintenance Manager, and is primarily responsible for designing and developing the Facilities Management Help Desk System; he also served as a Construction Officer on the Project Team for implementing the UTECH Enhancement Project, Infrastructure Development Buildings and Institutional Strengthening between 2009 – 2017. Prior to being appointed at UTECH- Mr. Allen’s professional experience includes appointments such as Engineer in charge of Resettlement Housing at Alcoa Minerals of Jamaica, Managing Partners of Jamalco, and also served as Total Quality Supervisor for Bauxite Mining. Mr. Allen is an experienced Civil Engineer that holds a BSc. in Civil Engineering from the University of the West Indies- St. Augustine Campus, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Nova South Eastern University.

Dr. Oneil Roper holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Facilities Management, a Master of Business Administration in General Management, a Bachelors Degree in Construction Engineering and Management, a Bachelors Degree in Land Economy and Valuation Surveying, and a Diploma in Quantity Surveying. He is a member of the Jamaican Institute of Quantity Surveyors-MJIQS, and has been in the field and practice of Facilities Management for over twenty-five (25) years at the Senior Management Level. Dr. Roper brings to the team academia, strategy, know-how, and world class experience. He is also Registered Professional Engineer- Construction, and will play an instrumental role in the planning, management and execution of building engineering and construction projects being consulted or advised by Appraisal 365. Dr. Roper also actively offers Consultancy Services as a Quantity Surveyor, to include the areas of pre and post contract, and project/cost management and dispute adjudication and settlement.

Karem Dyer is a distinguished Commission Land Surveyor with over fifteen (15) years of dedicated service to the profession and surveying practice. Mr. Dyer has developed an exceptional reputation for precision, reliability, and a keen eye for detail. His extensive knowledge in cadastral surveys, topographic surveys, and construction/engineering surveys will ensure that each real estate development project being consulted or advised by Appraisal 365 will be approached from an informed land administration perspective, and are in keeping with existing provisions of the Land Surveyor’s Act, Jamaica. Darwin Berry complements the team with his vast knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Civil Engineering; he is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor- Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and a Licensed Real Estate Dealer and Second Qualifying Director of Appraisal 365. Mr. Berry has licenses to practice Real Estate Business in both the United States and Jamaica, and is also owner and Managing Director of Channel Realty Company Limited, with offices in Jamaica and New York. Mr. Berry also has additional certifications, where he is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser (CRA) courtesy of the National Society of Real Estate Appraisers Inc., and a Certified Real Property Manager (CREM) courtesy of the Real Estate Management Brokers Institute.
